Lee White is a seasoned executive who loves to uncover the opportunity inherent in a business, assemble high performance teams and align them against a defined set of outcomes, eliminating distractions along the way. Lee serves as a senior executive advisor to C-level executives on Strategic Planning, Growth Strategies, Transformation Initiatives and Innovation.
Lee led a proactive initiative focused on the Business Services sector for Gryphon Investors (based in San Francisco) designed to capitalize on the superior growth prospects and high fragmentation of the $2.5 trillion Business Services sector. He serves on the Board of Directors of DLC, a leading project-oriented financial consulting firm based in Southern California and Gryphon portfolio company.
As head of US Operations for PRGX, he was a key member of the turnaround management team for the world’s leading recovery audit and transaction assurance firm where he restructured core operations to generate cash to fund growth initiatives, dramatically increased margins and EBITDA contribution, and led the development of the new services strategy including participation in the Medicare Recovery Audit Program.
Lee has been COO of the Zyman Group, a strategic growth consulting company serving clients including Alcoa, EDS & ConAgra and President/COO of CommerceQuest, Inc. an enterprise Business Process Management firm which merged with MetaStorm in 2005.
He co-founded AnswerThink and headed the CRM Solutions area consisting of five practices linking Go to Market strategy, process, technology, web & mobile, and analytics. Profitable from its third quarter of operation, ANSR had a successful IPO after 13 months of operation in 1998, and hit $310m in revenue in 2000.
Lee was a National Partner in Charge at KPMG, simultaneously running two strategic practice areas during KPMG Consulting’s unprecedented growth from $100m to $500m over a three year period. The two practice areas grew to $90m and over 450 professionals with 16 partners, leading to his promotion to the Strategic Services Leadership Team.
Lee White is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Alzheimer’s Association Georgia Chapter. He serves as Vice President of the Board of Governors of Cherokee Town and Country Club and also serves on the IT Advisory Board of Dartmouth College.
Mr. White earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (1979) and received a B.S. Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College (1977).
