Anita Allen is a former consulting partner in a ‘Big Four’ professional services firm with over 25 years’ experience guiding clients to improve business results and implement complex business transformation and technology projects. Anita has significant experience working with executives to improve performance and achieve excellence through work process redesign and improvement, enabling technology, and organizational design and change management.
As Managing Director, with Canopach Anita is responsible for advising clients on finance and strategic cost management, service delivery models, performance management and best-practice work processes.
Before Canopach, Anita was a partner at KPMG Consulting, focused on serving global organizations. Her client projects included worldwide implementation of ERP and other global system solutions, development of web-based customer management solutions; data architecture projects; and implementation of financial management planning and reporting tools.
Ms. Allen has served several industries, including pharmaceuticals, professional services, consumer products, retail, financial services and telecommunications.
Anita is a member of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ), Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ), National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Women’s President Organization (WPO) and Women United in Philanthropy (WUIP).
She is currently Board President of Shelter Our Sisters, a community-based not for profit organization, which provides a continuum of services focused on safety, empowerment and self-sufficiency to women and children victims of domestic violence.
Anita Allen has a B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University, and is a licensed CPA in the state of New Jersey.
